Pill with imprint BMS 6063 500 is White, Oval and has been identified as Glucophage XR 500 mg. The immediate release formulations are available as 500 mg, 850 mg, and 1000 mg tablets. Use drug only in patients who are cooperative and well motivated, and who are receiving supportive psychiatric therapy.
